As I mentioned before, we started on a 44 building apartment complex yesterday in Altamonte Springs, FL (Orlando suburb). There are 13 three story residential buildings and 31 one story parking/storage units.

The community is extremely tight and narrow with parking and streets, but we've managed to make very good progress so far. Tomorrow is hump day and we'll pick up the pace (weather permitting) and get the lift out of there on Friday, hopefully.

These are a few pics of Greg (SplashanDash) spraying some one story units, as well as my employee Denise, keeping the landscaping safe and watered. The last one is Greg and I taking a ride up to the third floor view.

We've got 8 of the 13 three story roofs cleaned so far and 5 of the one story units finished. The plan is to knock out the remaining 5 three story buildings over the next two days, then finish the smaller units early next week.

We finished up the apartment roof cleaning job this afternoon. 44 buildings in 6 days!!! Counting the condos we were cleaning two weeks ago and the 16,000 sq. ft. mansion in Isleworth, that's 67 roofs in 12 working days.......it's gotta be a record of some sort.

I am glad that's done. it was hot last week and today. Them udor pumps put down some love.
