Default Commercial building cleaning Houston TX

Heres a building we washed this week. Some of the troubles we ran into included, no water, 30+ MPH winds, Bees, oh god the bees, and lift breaking down. The starter was acting up, so we had to start it with a screwdriver per the instructions of the service tech. Either way, we still finished in less than 3 days applying the mix with the fatboy and rinsed with the xjet M5.

Nice job! Can I ask what cleaner you used and if it was from the ground? I've done a couple estimates on things similar and included the cost of using Safe Restore. Wasn't sure if mabe a roof mix would work.

All it is is mold and mildew. I tried DSing it, not strong enough. I tried XJetting it, not strong enough. We ended up using a 50/50 SH/water mix and applying with the fatboy.

Some buildings are just so pourus it takes some potent chem and a long dwell. The last one we washed was like spraying into a sponge. Some kind of stucco-ish substrate.

Yea this one was a 30 y/o white brick with white mortar. When I bid it, I thought it was painted which would have made it ALOT easier. Either way, we still made decent time and make a good profit.

No we used a 45ft lift. We culd have almost gotten the whole thing, but the wind was about 20-30mph so even on the lift we had a hard time.
