Roof Cleaning In Mohnton
This is a Roof Cleaning In Mohnton we performed yesterday. The roof was heavily soiled with black streaks on the north end, but for some odd reason the south end seemed to have the black streaks in what seemed to have covered the roof in entire sections. I wanted to get a huge photo of it all, but I would have to play on the highway behind us as yard room was limited.
I applied 2 coats of our Roof Revolution(TM), but the results are a cleaner and healthier roof free from bacteria. Be nice y'all because it was my wifes b-Day and me working on it was not appreciated...until we collected the check that is  |

Thanks y'all. It started as a $99 House wash that ended up just a little more profit margin :>)
I have been doing some changeups on how I have been approaching things and have done pretty well with my bottom line so far. I guess its all how you package it. I went into a $99 house wash confident that I could upsell and if not, someone else would see my signs and inquire. In the end I closed on both of the scenarios thank goodness or the Wife would have shined my head with a iron skillet  |
